You need to apply to enrol your child if they are:
- starting Kindergarten at a school or community kindergarten – 4 years old by 30 June
- starting Pre-primary and enrolling in their first year of compulsory schooling – 5 years old by 30 June
- starting Year 7 – the first year of secondary schooling
- changing schools
- new to Western Australia.

- Form B: Student Enrolment Form (Kindergarten to Year 6)
- Enrolment Student Health Care Form (Kindergarten to Year 6)
- Kindergarten Additional Information Required Form (Kindy Only)
Supporting Documents
When lodging an application for enrolment, the following documentation must be provided via email, or photocopies can be provided at the front office. Originals can be presented to the front office for the school to photocopy if required.
The school requires two forms of proof of address – One from each list – as well as relevant additional documents.
